Google Review Link & QR Code Generator

Short answer: paste your Google review link (or your Place ID) below to get a clean one-tap review link, a QR code you can download or print, and ready-to-send request messages. Customers who can review in one tap are far more likely to do it than those told to "search for us on Google". Everything runs in your browser.

How to get your Google review link

  1. Sign in to the Google account that manages your Business Profile.
  2. Search your business name on Google (or open it in Google Maps) to see your profile's management options.
  3. Choose Ask for reviews (sometimes shown as Get more reviews) and copy the link Google gives you.
  4. Paste it above. No link? Use the Place ID option instead.

Common mistakes

  • Sending customers to search for you. Use the direct link or QR code so it's one tap.
  • Asking weeks later. The best time is within hours of a good experience.
  • Offering discounts or gifts for reviews. Against Google's policies and consumer-protection rules.
  • Never replying. Reply to every review, good or bad. Future customers read your replies.

Frequently asked questions

How do I find my Google review link?

Sign in to the Google account that manages your business, open your Business Profile (search your business name on Google or open Google Maps) and choose "Ask for reviews" or "Get more reviews". Google shows a short link you can copy. Paste it into this tool to get a QR code and message templates.

What is a Place ID and when do I need it?

A Place ID is Google's unique identifier for your business location. If you can't find the share link, look up your business in Google's Place ID Finder, copy the ID, and this tool builds the review link for you.

Is it allowed to offer a discount for a Google review?

No. Google's policies prohibit incentives for reviews, and the FTC (US) and CMA (UK) treat incentivized or fake reviews as a consumer-protection problem. Ask every customer the same way and let them leave an honest review.

Can I only send the link to happy customers?

Selectively asking only customers you expect to be positive ("review gating") is against Google's policies. Ask customers consistently, and handle complaints through your normal customer service.

Is my data saved?

No. Everything runs in your browser. Nothing you type is stored or sent to us.

Reviews bring people to your door. Bookings keep the calendar full. Practical Strategies to Double Your Salon Bookings and Revenue covers reviews, rebooking and client retention for salons and beauty businesses.
